As there is not much to do this week, I have included 'something different'.

Make a Mushroom Bed for Succession: This is a very good time to make a mushroom bed in an outhouse, frame or other covered place, because the bed will start to crop in February. Another can be made in September: one. See notes on July: one and September: one.
